We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, ensuring your cards arrive in perfect condition and on time. Our straightforward shipping costs are designed to be transparent, so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.

SHIPPING PARTNERS 

Authorized Couriers: onepiecetcg.in exclusively uses the following leading private courier services:

  • Bluedart

  • DTDC

  • Other Private Couriers (shiprocket)

Postal Services: India Post and other postal services are NOT used by by us for any shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

At onepiecetcg INDIA, we understand that sometimes a card may not meet your expectations. Our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return or exchange cards within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to reach out if they are dissatisfied, as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

GENERAL POLICY

Final Sales: All sales are final. No refunds will be processed once an order is placed in general.

Damage or Loss In Transit: onepiecetcg.in ensures product safety and condition from order receive until handover to courier personnel. Any Mishandling, damage or loss of shipment by courier company is NOT liable by us.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from onepiecetcg.in, you explicitly agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery of damaged products

  • Delivery of incorrect products

Return Process:

  • All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • To initiate, submit an uncut unboxing video showing that the package is completely unopened and following up with clearly showing the product’s condition after opening to: onepiecetcg.in@gmail.com

  • The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged, any damage caused in transit is NOT covered by us.

  • Provide detailed description of the issue or damage

  • Include order number and delivery details

Case-by-Case Evaluation: Each return request will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated on individual merit. onepiecetcg.in reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion if it finds any of the provided proofs not fit or incomplete.

REFUND TERMS

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Refund Denial: onepiecetcg.in reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • Products show signs of tampering

  • Return conditions are not met

  • Products are not in their original condition

  • The damage is incurred by courier company

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

 

 onepiecetcg.in ensures product safety and condition from order receipt until handover to courier personnel.

Transit Limitations: onepiecetcg.in is not liable for:

  • Courier mishandling

  • Damage during transit

  • Loss of products during shipping

  • Decrease in product value due to shipping-related issues

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers assume all risks associated with uninsured shipping and high-value purchases.​​
